Education
I graduated from Kianda School with a Diploma. I scored an overall grade of A-. I attained my Bachelors Degree in Law (LLB) from Strathmore University where I graduated with a Second Upper Class. While in law school, I undertook a 12 week course on Copyright Law offered by Harvard Law School. I attained a Certificate after successfully completing the course and passing the final exam.
Experience
I am passionate about sharing knowledge and encouraging students to gain confidence in their ability to learn, understand and ultimately score well. I am currently working at a prestigious law firm in Kenya, undertaking practical legal work. I believe that my strong educational background as well as my practical work experience will provide my students with an all rounded learning experience. I am very friendly, patient and approachable but at the same time firm and conscientious.I believe that tuition offers students an opportunity to actually understand the learning material and this is a huge factor that contributes to their success. I do not believe in mere cramming and regurgitation techniques. My aim is for the student to understand what they are learning. Some of my previous teaching work experience includes teaching Math and English at a local primary school. My aim is to ensure that my sessions are informative and engaging.
