I attended Bwindi High School (Institut Bwindi) in Bukavu, Sud-Kivu in the Democratic Republic of Congo, where I majored in Chemistry Biology. I also attended the United States International University - Africa in Nairobi, Kenya, pursuing a Bachelor's degree of Science in Information Systems and Technology with a concentration in Forensics and Cybersecurity.
Experience
Library Assistant: As a library assistant, I trained library users on how to use the library and how to access materials. I also organized materials, attended to users' requests, and issued and discharged library materials to and from users respectively. IT Support Assistant: As an IT Support Assistant, I was responsible for troubleshooting hardware, software, and networking issues, managing the systems and user accounts, attending to users' requests, and helping them solve any challenges that they were facing. Tutor: I have been tutoring students, helping them understand concepts that might be challenging to them, and helping them with their homework. I have taken psychology, French, Math, and English classes. I have excellent communication, prioritization, and leadership skills and I possess other critical skills that include analytical and problem-solving skills, programming, general technical skills, and customer service management and customer relationship skills.
